Goat Health & Fitness started as Central Coast Fitness and grew quickly over the years to what it is now. The team at GFit moved quickly constantly and adapted to change and their website had to do the same. When the gyms were closed down due to Covid, they kept on going communicating online with their customers.
Now their back and adapting to new way of life which means uploading new timetables for their classes to the website to see
Their website contains easy to upload recipes, gym workouts and news as well as the ability to sign up to their various membership plans and login to Zoom sessions.
As receiving email and sharing documents is vitally important to the team we also set them up on G Suite.
